The Painting Process

When you place an order, we choose the most suitable artist from our group and start work. If you have given us any special instructions we keep those in mind as we work to create the painting.

Once the painting is complete, a master artist checks the work, and then photos are taken and sent to the customer by email. Note: If you haven’t received an email from us 2-3 weeks after ordering, check your spam or junk folder – the email may be there.

If you feel changes are needed after seeing the photos, no problem – our goal is to make a painting you are entirely happy with. Only when you approve the painting do we send it via courier service such as FedEx or DHL.
